Firearms Transfer Procedure

All firearms purchased from Quest Arms MUST either be picked up in person, or shipped to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) holder of your preference nearest to you. If you choose to have the firearm(s) shipped to a dealer nearest you, a copy of their valid FFL is needed PRIOR to shipping. The FFL must be signed, and must be valid in order to ship the firearm(s). The FFL can be sent one of several ways, including:
  • Faxed - +1.810.479.9907
  • E-Mailed via PDF to sales@questarms.com
  • Mailed to my business address (1419 Water St., Port Huron, MI 48060)

Once the FFL is received, the firearm(s) will be shipped out immediately (24-48 hours - M-F). It is YOUR responsibilty to find the preferred dealer and obtain the FFL, or have them send their FFL to me. Once again, the firearm(s) will NOT be shipped until the valid FFL is received.

Please contact sales@questarms.com with any questions regarding the transfer or sale of firearms. We do have a large database of FFL holders, so please let us know if you would like help finding an FFL holder near you.

If you are interested in purchasing a firearm from another dealer and having it shipped to us for transfer to you locally, the cost is $25.00. We will need the information of the FFL holder or individual that the firearm is purchased from, at which point we will contact them to arrange the transfer.
